On the following pages you will find the most frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, then please do not hesitate to ask our Customer Service.

Please choose a question:

(1) Orders at Dodax are binding, and the customer is obliged to accept the order.
(2) Regardless of legal issues our customers are allowed to return orders without giving any reason in between 14 days. The products have to be in a not damaged condition. The return of products is excluded for
  • perishable products
  • audio, visual and media (CD's, DVD's, records.) Unless they are unused, welded or sealed and returned in the original packaging;
  • or products that are not suitable due to their condition for a return (e.g. shipment via download, e-books, and so on.);
  • products manufactured according to the specifications of the customer.

(3) Incomplete or incorrectly delivered products will be exchanged by Dodax if possible. If it is not possible to replace them, both parties can demand the rescission of the purchase.
(4) The cost and risk of returning products have to be carried by the customer, unless the delivered products do not meet the requirements
