Shipping conditions
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
All products are free of shipping charge.
How long does it take until I will receive my order?
The delivery time is shown directly underneath each product description. A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your items are shipped.
Can I have all my items in one shipment?
We always try to ship all ordered products in one shipment. Regardless if this is not possible all orders are free of shipping charge anyway.
Returns
How much time do I have to return an order?
(1) Orders at Dodax are binding, and the customer is obliged to accept the order.
(2) Regardless of legal issues our customers are allowed to return orders without giving any reason in between 14 days.
The products have to be in a not damaged condition. The return of products is excluded for
perishable products;
audio, visual and media (CD's, DVD's, records.) Unless they are unused, welded or sealed and returned in the original
packaging;
or products that are not suitable due to their condition for a return (e.g. shipment via download, e-books, and so on.);
products manufactured according to the specifications of the customer.
(3) Incomplete or incorrectly delivered products will be exchanged by Dodax if possible. If it is not possible to replace them, both parties can demand the rescission of the purchase.
(4) The cost and risk of returning products have to be carried by the customer, unless the delivered products do not meet the requirements.
